The resort offered convenient beach bags for guest use. Transportation from the lobby to rooms was also available , which was very helpful. The restaurant provided excellent meals , and the gym was well equipped.
The lighting near the closet in the room was too bright in the morning.

the resort was beautiful. the staff was friendly, and i found the rooms clean. i enjoyed the pools and thought the overall environment relaxing and well maintained. i also appreciated the tropical plants with identification plaques throughout the hotel.
the hotel is on a hill so you are reliant on the buggy service. the wait times for the buggy was long sometimes. this was an inconvenience.

the breakfast was good and had plenty of choices.
the tv channels didn't work in the room i stayed in. it was annoying because i wanted to watch a movie, but i couldn't get any channels. i hope they fix it soon.

the room had a beautiful comfy bed. a mango pool view was very nice. breakfast was good. it had a great food variety.
receptionists didn't speak english well. it was difficult communicating with ladies. more spa employees are needed. i made several attempts but the spa was always booked.

the hotel features a quiet location. it is close enough to walk to the center. taxis and tuk tuks are cheap. they are available if you prefer not to walk.

the resort offered a free shuttle to the beach. this was so convenient and saved me a lot of walking. i also really liked the traditional thai restaurant.. the papaya salad was a highlight. the staff were very friendly, always smiling and ready to help.
i found too many steps throughout the resort. it made getting around a bit challenging at times. sometimes there wasn't anyone available to drive us in the hotel tuk-tuk.. it was definitely needed in the heat. i also noticed the breakfast room wasn't air-conditioned, and it got quite loud.
